According to the cream make step issued by the cream pot Cream Jar Manufacturers(KEXON),Can it really be possible to make homemade whipped cream with just a Cream Jar?
No tired arm from whisking. No lugging the stand mixer out just to make a few dollops of whipped cream. No beaters to wash, or immersion blender to clean. Instead, there's a method as simple as pouring whipping cream in a jar, sealing the lid nice & tight and giving it a good shake. Kind of sounds too good to be true, right?
Regarding this attempt, I will go first a quick at Google search for Cream Jar whipped cream yields quite a few results, as well.
Tired of canned whipped cream, Chris began making her own simply by shaking it up in a Cream Jar. She recommends placing a Cream Jar in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes beforehand, then adding heavy cream (sugar and vanilla, optional, depending on your sweet tooth), and shaking the jar vigorously for 5 to 6 minutes.
The Testing Method
To test this method, I opted to skip placing the Cream Jar in the freezer. Instead, I filled a room temperature Cream Jar about halfway full with 1 cup of cold heavy whipping cream, a pinch of granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. I screwed the lid on the jar, and started vigorously shaking.
